Good morning yogis!
As promised, follow up from last week's video. This one demonstrating how to work on the classic jump back to Chaturanga Dandasana (four-limbed staff pose). This brings agility and endurance to the practice, especially for Surya Namaskars (sun salutations). Practice with control and stability to stay safe and strong.
📝 The jump back is not for menstruating students or injured wrists / shoulders.

✔
Set up a bolster or multiple blankets as a landing pad for the chest
and abdomen. Add two bricks (start with medium height) to bring length
to the arms.
✔ Start practicing from a lunge position so as to work on jumping one leg back at a time. Play with different brick heights. Then practice the jump back with both legs straight.
➕ I've also included the vinyasa transition to Urdhva Mukha Svanasna (upward dog pose).
📲 Next video...we'll work on the toes! Getting on tops of the feet at once 😉
Thanks as always for watching. 🔹🙏🔹 And feel free to share!
